For Duck Amazon announced in two locations this product includes "includes a base ballast water throughout the year." This does not happen. He remained on hold with the manufacturer for 30 minutes to reach customer service. Customer changed his mind twice about whether or not UMB-436725 is supposed to include a base ballast water, but not in the package, could not fit into the small package, and clearly indicated in the instructions must be purchased separately. Amazon responded quickly, offering a full refund, including return shipping prepaid, but this is a roll after taking a half day off to sign the package and have waited for the product when I could have bought a competition and compensate now. Umbrella is completely useless without a weighted basis in fact and by the instructions, it will fall after sneezing without obtaining 100,200 pounds of database update: Now, one year: 1) material has been functional solid, but has weakened to pure white in Sun. 2) The oxide is minimal, except for all the screws are stainless steel. I would recommend to replace them or spray paint before installation. 3) Did you know that the warranty is only 90 days? It is very short for a product as expensive and unfortunately not all sunshine cover it completely around 6 months (not a load problem, because the light is turned on even with new batteries). 4) umbrella mechanisms have argued well, but be aware that no compensation umbrellas can withstand wind and the normal form of the center mast. A light breeze out a lot of excitement in any of these mechanisms, because of the advantage of the torque to be compensated. Use only in calm conditions, the second update: It seemed like a very quiet day, but suddenly it was a quick gust of wind. That was all it took, have caught the wind in a perfect angle, and the top mechanism broke and almost fell on my girlfriend. Trash. My heart mastering traditional umbrellas cost half as much and lasted eight years w / o question.
